Dr.K.R.Gunaseharan is serving as Founder and Managing Director of Optima Poultry Private Limited, is responsible for building its vision and instrumental in elevating the company to the heights it occupies today. With a decade of Veterinary background and marketing experience, he initiated his dream to serve poultry industry by implementing his novel ideas in increasing its production, through value added products, medicines and farm management that are highly preferred by many in this field.
Prior to founding Optima Poultry Private Limited, he played multiple roles, as a Director, as General Manager, and managing sales and technical activities in many reputed poultry industries. He has received his Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences from TANUVAS, Chennai and received his Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izzatnagar.
Dr.R.Praburamsankar as the Director of Optima Poultry Private Limited has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the financial portfolio of the company. He spearheads many of the first investments into the equity and he oversees the key functions of market enablement.
With an extensive background in Finance, Marketing and sales in the most complex business environments for more than decade, he has deep understanding of global business standpoint, commercial and environmental issues in poultry industry and has demonstrated a strong commitment,in ensuring that the highest standards of logic, safety and ethics. He has received his Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences from TANUVAS, Chennai.
Mrs.Hemaapriyaa Gunaseharan, serving as the Director of Optima Poultry Private Limited, is been a driving force for the team to help scale and drive growth by providing mentorship, financial and strategic support. She is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for Human Resources and implementing operational priorities of the company. She is passionate, about exploring new ideas incapability development, and was instrumental in building a strong talent pool.
Her perspective and understanding, is reflected in the insights and constructive challenges she brings in the promotion of diversity and financial stewardship. She has received her Master in English Literature and Master in Business management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.
